Introducing FVR's New Community Development Manager

Hello and greetings from Fox Valley Repertory! 

My name is Morgan Ball and I am the Community Development Manager at Fox Valley Repertory, a not-for-profit theater company in residence in St. Charles that provides year-round entertainment and education opportunities for those in the Fox Valley area. Since joining the company in the summer of 2009, I have had the good fortune to work in a several departments that have really laid the groundwork for the journey I am now on as the Community Development Manager. 

As I delve in to the world of Development, I could not be more excited to gain a greater understanding of the Fox Valley area and all of the wonderful businesses, community leaders, and families that make this location such an amazing place. From businesses that support art and education, to community leaders that join us as patrons, and local families that come to us for arts education, we could not ask for a better community to be involved in. Some past and current supporters include: The City of St. Charles, Comcast, Target, Air Tran Airways, Colonial Café and Ice Cream, Kane County Chronicle, Daily Herald, Tukaiz, Coldwell Banker (The Glenns), St. Charles Park District, MCC Technology, Walt Disney and more!

However, being a patron of our live performances and having your children join our arts academy is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to local support. As our organization continues to grow, we need individuals and businesses to grow in their support. Businesses should join us as season sponsors, group ticket buyers, and advertisers. Individuals have the opportunity to join us as subscribers, donors, and volunteers. 

Did you know that currently, ticket sales only account for 70% of our operating costs? Or that every time the curtain rises at Fox Valley Repertory, it costs us at least $4,500.00 to make the magic happen? 

We are a community based organization, which means that we need your support to help our arts academy, special needs, anti-bullying campaigns, and other programs grow. 

I encourage you to reach out to your place of employment, friends, and family members and invite them to become a part of the Fox Valley Rep Family of over 45,000 patrons annually, where their business sponsorship and individual donations will mean more than a tax write-off at the end of the year. At Fox Valley Repertory, your support means the growth of the arts and education in the Fox Valley area for years to come.
