Join South Elgin Swap Meet

Before it’s too cold to have another garage or yard sale, gather up all your goodies and bring them over to South Elgin Community United Methodist Church for an old-fashioned Swap Meet.

The event will be held on the parking lot at 400 W. Spring Street from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday and Saturday, September 16 and 17.

Spaces will cost $20 a day. Set your items out on a blanket, sell out of a truck bed or the trunk of a car, bring your own table, or we will rent you one for $5 a day.

The church will host a hot dog luncheon and bake sale, so there will be plenty of goodies to eat.

You get to keep the profits on this one, and de-clutter your life at the same time!
