Man Pointed Gun At Walmart Shopper: Police
The incident occurred Thursday night at the Walmart in St. Charles.

ST. CHARLES, IL — Authorities have released a photo of a man who allegedly pointed a gun at a person at Walmart, 150 Smith Road in St. Charles, on Halloween night, police said. The incident occurred at 10:17 p.m. on Thursday when the person walking out of the store was approached by a man who displayed a black handgun, according to a news release from the St. Charles Police Department.
The victim immediately ran back into the store, police said. The armed man entered a vehicle that was parked in a handicapped stall nearby and drove south, exiting the lot. Authorities are not sure which way the vehicle was traveling when it left the parking lot.
Officers checked the area for the suspect and his vehicle but have not located either.

The St. Charles police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect. The offender is described as a white man who is 5 feet 10 inches tall with a medium build, grey hair and is between 50 and 60 years old.
He was wearing a light grey hooded sweatshirt with the word “University” on it, blue jeans, and tennis shoes. The man’s vehicle is described as a silver colored four-door passenger car with a sunroof.
