New Features Available on the St. Charles Connect App
The app is an easy way to let the City know about isses that need to be addressed, such as a potholes, downed trees, or streetlight outages.

From The City of St. Charles: The new update to the City’s St. Charles Connect App now makes it even easier for residents to connect with their City Government. New links on the App’s sidebar now take you directly to the City’s Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram pages. The app is an easy way to let the City know about an issue that needs to be addressed, such as a pothole, downed tree, or streetlight outage. “While our City staff does a great job of keeping track of what issues need to be addressed in our community, we also rely on reports from residents to let us know if there’s something that requires our attention,” said City Administrator Mark Koenen. “By adding links to our social media pages, the app makes it even easier for residents to ask questions and stay connected with the City.”
The St. Charles Connect App is not for reporting emergencies. For urgent situations, call 911. The app should not be used to report any time-sensitive issues, as it is only staffed during regular business hours. The app is also not a replacement to the power outage reporting hotline; for that dial 866.444.0016.
