Owner of Dawn's Beach Hut Looking to Open New Orleans-Themed Cocktail Lounge

ST. CHARLES, IL - St. Charles officials on Monday approved liquor licenses Monday for a Noodles & Company in the former TGI Fridays building at 3875 E. Main Street and for a New Orleans-themed craft cocktail lounge, which is slated to open in the former Acquaviva Winery at 214 W. Main Street, according to the Kane County Chronicle.

Dawn Hummer, the owner of Dawn’s Beach Hut, is also seeking a late-night permit for her new venture, Dawn’s Voodoo Room, which will include unique cocktails and a food a menu consisting of bar snacks, according to the article. The Noodles & Company is seeking a Class B liquor license to serve beer and wine.
