Norris Gallery Hosts Vicinity 2015 Reception

Free reception Sunday, Sept. 20, provides the public an opportunity to meet the artists who created more than 100 works on exhibit

St. Charles, Sept. 15 - The public is invited to attend a free reception from 2 to 4 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 20, in the gallery of the Norris Cultural Arts Center, honoring the more than 100 artists whose work is exhibited in the current Vicinity 2015 show.

The Gallery Committee will host the reception, during which visitors may browse the exhibit, enjoy free refreshments and meet many of the show’s artists. Most works in the exhibit are available for purchase.

An annual fall exhibit, Vicinity 2015 opened earlier this month and will remain on display through Nov. 1. The multi-genre exhibit features works by artists who live within a 50-mile radius of The Norris.
