Police Pull Over Reckless Driver, Find 'Freshly Killed Cat' Under Bumper of Car: Police
Danny Luna now faces drunken driving charges following the incident earlier this month in Campton Hills.

Police found a “freshly killed cat” badly mangled under the bumper of a car after pulling over a 25-year-old man for driving recklessly on LaFox Road in Campton Hills earlier this month, the Kane County Chronicle reports.
Witnesses told polcie Danny Luna, of Belvidere, was driving erratically southbound on LaFox Road when he crossed the center line, hit a construction barricade on Route 20, reached 100 mph and went off the road several times. Luna was located in a driveway where officers found fresh grass and debris wedged inside the bumper and grill of his car, dents and scratches to the hood and “a freshly killed cat wedged under the bumper,” according to the article.
Luna is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than .08 percent and improper lane us.
