Pollyana Brewing Company In St. Charles Plans Grand Opening
A grand opening for the third Pollyana Brewing Company location will be next week.
ST. CHARLES, IL — A popular Chicago-area brewery will be opening its third brewery next week in St. Charles. The grand opening for the brand-new brewery is scheduled to start at noon on Nov. 1.
The new site is located in a property behind the Arcada Theater, and construction began earlier this year, according to Pollyanna co-founder and chief financial officer Ryan Weidner.
The brewing company's first location opened in 2014 in downtown Lemont, followed by the Roselare location in Roselle.

One Pollyana beer, Lite Reading, received a gold medal in the American-Style Lager or American-Style Pilsener category at the 2019 Great American Beer Festival competition.
