Please be advised that the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) and the Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway (BNSF) have provided the City of West Chicago with notice that Illinois Route 38 (Roosevelt Road) will be closed at the BNSF tracks (located East of Fabyan Parkway and West of Town Road) from May 1, 2017 thru May 8, 2017 for grade crossing work, weather depending.
Traffic will be detoured using Kirk Road, Illinois Route 64 (North Avenue), Illinois Route 59 (Neltnor Blvd.), and Illinois Route 38 (Roosevelt Road).
