Romeos’ Tip of the Week: Plan a special outing to somewhere you’ve never been before. It doesn’t have to be somewhere expensive, it might be right outside your back door.

( Romeo’s Adventures, cont.) Chapter two: ” Romeo visits the mountains”
I woke up today excited because my momma said we were going on an outing to somewhere I hadn’t been before. I was putting my imagination into over-drive wondering where we going. Once we were in the car she announced,” we are off to the mountains!”I have to admit I was just a bit afraid of going somewhere completely unknown to me, but thrilled at the same time.
As we were driving up, up and up and around and around the mountains I thought it looked as if we would reach the sky!Finally we stopped at an overlook where you can safely get out of your car and look out over the valley below. WOW!! It was beautiful! I thought this must be what they call breathtaking. Everything in the valley looked miniature to me. There were patches of all colors. This was Mother Nature in her best splendor. They even had special binoculars you could look through to see the entire valley.It made me feel peaceful.
We had a delicious picnic lunch, and then all too soon momma said it was time to start back home. What a wonderful adventure I had! I can hardly wait to find out where we are going next week.
