Some Parking on First Street Temporarily Unavailable Beginning April 25
First Street Angled Street Parking and North Parking Lot to Close for Underground Work at the Site
Angled parking spaces along the east side of First Street (between Illinois and Main streets) and the parking area north of the site (across from the plaza) will be temporarily unavailable for approximately six weeks, beginning April 25, 2016. The closures are needed to accommodate installation of a duct that will provide power and communications to the proposed development, including the parking deck. Spaces will be closed intermittently as the work progresses.
Parking will be reopened upon project completion. Please consult the City’s Downtown Parking Map for alternate parking options. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
