ST. CHARLES, IL — The Tap House Grill will be forced to close two hours earlier for a week in December after being cited for a liquor tax violation, city officials said. The business at 3341 W. The Tap House Grill will also be required to pay a $1,000 fine with $250 of that amount due immediately. The business's license will be placed on probation until May 31, 2020.
If the business does not have any alcohol tax violations through the probation the city will waive the remaining $750 of the fine.
