St. Charles Gas Station Cited for Selling Tobacco to a Minor
The St. Charles Shell on West Main Street has been cited and ordered to pay fines.

One St. Charles business has been fined for selling tobacco to a minor, city officials said Tuesday.
The St. Charles Shell, at 307 W. Main Street, was cited for unlawful sale of tobacco to a minor. The license holder was fined $250 and ordered to pay $500 in administrative fees during the June 20 St. Charles Liquor Control Commission meeting, according to a news release.
