St. Charles Mothers' Club Commemorates 90 years of Community Service and Philanthropy in the Fox Valley Area with Mayoral Proclamation

St. Charles Mothers' Club received a proclamation from Mayor Raymond Rogina to commemorate 90 years of philanthropy and community service.

On December 1st at 7pm during the City Council Meeting, Mayor Raymond Rogina offered a proclamation commemorating the 90th anniversary of the St. Charles Mothers’ Club. The St. Charles Mothers’ Club was founded in 1924 by Dr. Edith Lowry to provide mothers with guidance for the proper physical care of their babies. Since then it has evolved into a not for profit 501(c)3 organization that supports the community in various ways.
