St. Charles Mothers' Club Takes Aim at "Perfect Game" with Bowling Fundraiser
St. Charles Mothers' Club Bowling Fundraiser

Known in the past for their annual ladies’ luncheon tea fundraiser, last year’s fundraising committee decided to “Let the Good Times Bowl,” taking aim at a co-ed evening event that ended ended up being fun for all, and the perfect opportunity for an adult evening out, complete with bowling, raffles and silent auction items. The event was sold out this year and exceeded expectations in raising $9,000, with over 14,000 pins knocked down!
The event was held on February 27 at St. Charles Bowl and through the partnership of local businesses, hundreds of donations from local businesses were raffled or auctioned to help raise the funds. Additionally, several local businesses sponsored the even with cash contributions.
The St. Charles Mothers’ Club is a 501(c)3 organization, originally founded in 1924, whose mission is to improve the lives of women, children and families in our community through philanthropic activities and community outreach events. Last year the club awarded over $8,000 to five scholarship recipients and local charitable organizations that serve women, children and families in need in the Fox Valley.
