St. Charles North High School is proud to announce the 8th Annual Veterans Celebration Concert saluting the men and women of our armed forces.

This free concert pays tribute to veterans’ service to this great nation. For the students and community it emphasizes the importance of Veterans Day, enabling us to honor our veterans and thank them for giving us the gift of freedom. In recognition of the importance this event holds in our community, the St. Charles Youth Commission and many businesses have generously contributed to the continuing success of this annual concert.

Musical selections will feature the music of American composers performed by St. Charles North’s award-winning music students. Songs from each branch of the Armed Forces will be played to recognize the veterans present. This year’s concert will also feature special guests, the Illinois Brass Band under the direction of Stephen Squires. This concert is not to be missed.

Veterans are encouraged to register for free tickets at http://www.scnmusic.com/veterans/ before October 26, 2014. General public may register for tickets on or after October 27, 2014.
There will only be one show, space is limited and past performances have sold out. Priority ticketing and seating will be given to those that have served our country.
