Students, educators and other fans of the St. Charles Northstars celebrated St. Charles North High School's homecoming Friday, Sept. 20, 2013, with a parade down Illinois Street in downtown St. Charles.
Under overcast skies but dry conditions, the band, marchers and floats passed into the downtown amid enthusiastic crowds.
The North Stars take to the gridiron as host to the Elgin High School Maroons at 7:30 p.m.
