St. Charles Police Release Results From Halloween Patrols
Authorities put extra patrols on the streets over the Halloween holiday as part of a national Click It Or Ticket Initiative.
ST. CHARLES, IL — Authorities in St. Charles made several arrests and issued citations during a special enforcement effort over the Halloween holiday.
Extra patrols were out in the week leading up to and on the day of Halloween in St. Charles and across the nation as part of The Illinois Department of Transportation's Click It Or Ticket/Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over initiative
During the St. Charles mobilization, officers made the following arrests or issued these citations:

- Police made five driving while under the influence arrests
- Two drivers were arrested for license-related offenses
- 24 drivers received citations for various driving offenses
- Officers wrote 14 warning citations
