St. Charles Ranked Among the Best Small Towns in Illinois

St. Charles has been ranked among the best small town in Illinois, according to recent Wallethub findings.

Wallethub, a personal finance website, looked at 1,268 towns with populations between 25,000 and 100,000 to determine its rankings. The website took into consideration the following factors in determining the best small towns: Affordability, economic health and quality of life.
