St. Charles Resident Identifies Suspect In 50-Year-Old Sycamore Murder (REPORT)
Authorities have charged a Seattle-area man in connection with the murder of a 7-year-old girl who went missing in December 1957.

Help from St. Charles resident Kathy Chapman has led to the arrest of a Seattle-area man in connection with murder of a 7-year-old Sycamore girl from more than 50 years ago, according to a story from the Chicago Tribune.
The July 3 article explains Chapman's help in identifying Jack Daniel McCullough, who authorities charged on Friday with the 1957 murder of Maria Ridulph, as the young man back then who had offered the two girls piggy-back rides one December night shortly before Ridulph went missing.
Five months after that December night, Ridulph's body was found nearly 100 miles west of Sycamore.
