St. Charles Seeks Input on City Services
You can tak a survey online to share your thoughts on services the city offers.

ST. CHARLES, IL - The city of St. Charles is conducting a survey of residents to gather feedback regarding services the city provides.
This year, in addition to the surveys that were mailed to a statistical sample of 1,200 households, the city is inviting all residents to share their opinions and complete the resident survey online here.
The survey link will be live until November 28 and all responses are anonymous.

“We are glad to open up the survey process and give all residents in St. Charles a voice,” said city administrator Mark Koenen. “Residents’ responses will help us evaluate our services so we can better serve our citizens.”
