St. Charles Utility Billing Office Closing Temporarily For System Updates
Office will close at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 4, with online payments still available during the outage.
ST. CHARLES, IL — The St. Charles Utility Billing office will temporarily close Tuesday for phone and software system updates.
The office and its phone system will be unavailable beginning at 10 a.m. and will reopen during normal business hours Wednesday, Aug. 5. Residents can still view bills and make utility payments online through the city’s online bill payment system during the closure.
