St. Charles Veterans Day Ceremony is Nov. 10, 2018

Join Us at 9 a.m. at the Downtown St. Charles Fire Station

The City of St. Charles Annual Veterans Day Ceremony will be at a new date and time this year, Nov. 10 at 9 a.m., inside St. Charles Fire Station #1, 112 N. Riverside Avenue. All are welcome to attend. Please join us to show your appreciation for our country’s vets.

“Veterans Day is a holiday set aside to honor and thank the men and women who served our nation in the military, both in wartime and peace,” said Mayor Rogina. “It is a day when everyone should acknowledge what our veterans have sacrificed to guard the security our nation. We hope to see a good crowd at the ceremony again this year.”

The ceremony will begin with a reading of the official Veterans Day Proclamation, followed by an invocation, salute to the flag, gun salute and Taps performance.
