St. Charles Writers Group and Vero Voce Unite For Live Performance Fundraising Festival!

(ST CHARLES) Enjoy the talented actors of St. Charles’ own Vero Voce Theater as they take the stage to perform staged readings of 21 selected writings from the St. Charles Writers Group, over a period of two days, January 16 & 17, 2015 at 7:30 pm. There will be a talk back between performances of each work. A portion of each $10 ticket will benefit the St. Charles Public Library.

Writers and works included on Friday, January 16 are Bruce Steinberg, Henriette; Donald J. Bingle, Frame Shop; Don Lindman, The Accidental Presidency Anthology; Ed Herdrich, Sam; Hal Walker, Murder on the Floodways; Hallie Koontz, Rain; Judith Diamond, Beating the Odds and Richard Graves, Marriage Malaise. Writers and works included on Saturday, January 17 are Richard Graves, Tech Beat; Lynne Handy, Rabbit on The Moon; Mike Balcom-Vetillo, Seeing Myself; Randall Martin, Books; Richard Graves, Verse Versus Verse and Feeling Special; Rick Holinger, Don’t Take This Personally; Rick Hollinger, Murder Around the Table; Virginia Kammerer, Glittering Generalities and Wayne Johnson, Stonehenge and It Wasn’t The Avon Lady; Donald D. Bingle, Double D’s and Franchise Operation.

Vero Voce Theater Co-owner, Dennis Brown has directed his talented troupe of actors which include Riley Brutto; Paul Cepynsky; Brian Downing; Chrissy Harris; Madeline Hotham; Justin Knautz; Stephany Kuhns; Vero Voce Artistic Director, David Rodriguez; Jen Torchia; Roman Jacob Wozniak and Dennis Brown.

Vero Voce Theater was established in 2012 drawing some of the best non-equity actors in Chicago and the Western Suburbs. Our versatile100 seat theater space allows many different configurations and creativity is aided by the use of projected images.
