Student Fees Are Part of the Price of Getting Back to School

Registration and other fees are a big part of getting back to school, and it seems that, like many other things, the cost keeps going up.

Fees are up for musical instrument rental, which are more than double what they were a year ago, and driver education fees also went up as part of a planned increase.
