Two Arrested for Prostitution at St. Charles Massage Parlors
St. Charles police conducted an undercover investigation at massage parlors in St. Charles.

Xinnian Hu, 48, an employee at Best Massage, 2774 E. Main St.; and Ok Kim, 62, of Chicago, an employee at Main Spa, 504 E. Main Street, have both been charged with prostitution after undercover detectives said they offered to perform a sex act in exchange for money while giving a massage this past week, according to a St. Charles Police Department press release. Hu is also charged with practicing massage without a license.
Both were arrested during undercover inspections at massage parlors in St. Charles on March 15. An employee at Lotus Spa, 1700 Lincoln Highway, Unit J, in St. Charles, was also arrested during the undercover operation. Fenglan Smythe, 50, 979 Golf Course Road, Apt. 1 in Crystal Lake, is charged with practicing massage without a license. She was released on personal recognizance bond.
Hu and Kim both posted bond and have since been released from jail, according to the news release.
Lotus Spa, Best Massage and Main Spa also now face administrative charges through the city of St. Charles.
