Two St. Charles Middle Schools Ranked Among Best in State

Haines Middle School was ranked as the 16th best middle school in state while Wredling Middle School received a No. 19 ranking.

St. Charles schools received high ranks by Niche, which recently released its 2015 K-12 rankings.

Niche ranks more than 100,000 public and private schools and districts based on dozens of statistics and 27 million opinions from 300,000 students and parents. A full explanation on how Niche evaluates schools can be found on the organization’s website.

St. Charles public schools received an overall “A+” grade -- the highest mark given by Niche.

Most of St. Charles elementary and middle schools received “A” grades while two St. Charles middle schools ranking among the best in the state.

Haines Middle School was ranked as the 16th best middle school in the state and Wredling Middle School wasn’t far behind with a No. 19 ranking by Niche.

St. Charles East High School and St. Charles North High School also fared well in the Niche rankings receiving an “A” grade. St. Charles Community Unit School District 303 also received an “A” grade.

The rankings also look at schools with the “Best Teachers,” “Best Food,” “Best Sports,” ”Best Academics” and more.
