Upcoming Parade of Homes to Tour Mill Creek Community
Three nearly-finished homes and three completed homes will be open to tour in the 2,000-acre planned community in Geneva.

Shodeen Homes will host a Parade of Homes, which will showcase six new properties at its Mill Creek community, on Aug. 16 and 17.
The three nearly-finished homes and three completed homes will be open to tour in the 2,000-acre planned community in Geneva. The homes include a ranch in its Tanna neighborhood, a two-story in its low-maintenance Pinehurst neighborhood and a custom home in its Hillcrest neighborhood.
“Three of the home are completely finished and others will allow for the homeowner to make certain color selections,” said Nathan Amidon, sales director at Mill Creek. “In addition, it is more exciting than a regular subdivision because homes and neighborhoods are woven between two golf courses with walking and bike paths. There is even a village center with convenience stores and additional services for residents.”
