VIDEO: Woman Steals Packages From St. Charles Homes
The St. Charles Police Department is asking for the public's help in tracking down the woman accused of stealing packages from two homes.
ST. CHARLES, IL — The St. Charles Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a woman accused of stealing packages from the front porches of homes in town, authorities said.
The first incident happened at about 2 p.m. on Nov. 3 when a woman took a package from a porch in the 300 block of South 7th Street. The second incident occurred at about 1 p.m. on Nov. 12 when a woman took a package from a porch in the 500 block fo Wing Lane. Both incidents were captured on homeowners' video surveillance systems.
The woman in both incidents appears to be a white woman who was wearing flip-flop sandals and was driving a black or dark-colored four-door sedan. A Ring video of one of the incidents can be found here and above.

The St. Charles Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying the woman. Anyone with information is asked to contact the St. Charles Police Department at 630-377-4435 or report anonymously at www.stcharlesil.gov/report-crimedrug-tip or by calling 1-866-Drug-COP.
Anyone who comes in contact with the woman or witnesses similar suspicious behavior is encouraged to call 9-1-1 immediately.
