Wild Rose Elementary Invites Alumni to 50th Anniversary Celebration
District 303 will host events on May 6 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Wild Rose Elementary.

ST. CHARLES, IL - Wild Rose Elementary School will celebrate its 50th Anniversary with a full day of celebratory family events on Saturday, May 6 on the school property located at 36W730 Red Haw Lane in St. Charles.
Wild Rose School opened in the Fall of 1966 and at that time, joined Anderson, Davis, Lincoln, Little Woods, Munhall, Richmond, and Shelby as elementary schools within District 303, according to a news release.
The events begin on start at 9:30 a.m. on May 6 and will include:

- A Fun Run/Walk (a 2-mile walk or run)
- Annual Basket Raffle
- Time capsules from 1996 and 2006
- DJ, music & dance games
- Wild Rose Band performance
- Alumni visits
This is a free event to bring all Wild Rose community members past and present together to celebrate the history of Wild Rose School, according to the news release.
