Woman Ordered To Pay $500K She Stole From St. Charles Business
Rosa M. Rodriguez pleaded guilty to theft for allegations she stole from Security Equity Partners in St. Charles between 2016 and 2019.
KANE COUNTY, IL — A 43-year-old DeKalb woman has been ordered to pay back the nearly $500,000 she stole from her former employer, Security Equity Partners in St. Charles.
Rose M. Rodriguez pleaded guilty to one count of theft in April 2021 and agreed last week to the restitution, which she will be allowed to pay in monthly increments of $10,342, and to 48 months of restitution, the Daily Herald is reporting. Authorities say Rodriguez stole from the St. Charles business between 2016 and 2019.
