YouTube Video Of Reckless Driving Lands St. Charles Man In Jail
Brian A. Bianco is accused of fleeing police in recent weeks and now faces charges for his reckless driving, which was captured on video.

ST. CHARLES, IL - A 23-year-old St. Charles man who used a helmet camera to capture his own reckless driving on video now faces charges after a YouTube video documenting the incident was shared with local police. Brian A. Bianco was stopped at a red light on Randall Road in St. Charles on June 26 when a St. Charles Police Department officer got out of his car and approached him.
The officer planned to address several violations with Bianco, including the fact that he didn't have a registered license plate and failed to signal a turn, when Bianco took off on his motorcycle, according to a news release from St. Charles Police Department.
The YouTube video shows the motorcyclist passing between cars and running a red light on Randall. Bianco then allegedly ran another red light and reached speeds of 143 mph while heading north on Randall, according to police. Meanwhile, the police officer never pursued the vehicle.

St. Charles Police become aware of the YouTube video when they received an e-mail this past week with links to the YouTube account, a Facebook page and Instagram account. The investigating officer was able to identify the driver in the video based on the Facebook profile, according to the news release.
An arrest warrant was issued for Brian Bianco and police took him into custody at his home on Thursday.
Bond has been set at $40,000 for Bianco. He is charged with aggravated fleeing a police officer exceeding 21 mph over the limit, aggravated fleeing and eluding of police officer disobeyed two or more traffic control devices, aggravated fleeing/conceal/alter registration and disobeying a police officer order.
Meanwhile, an investigation is ongoing as St. Charles Police Department works to identify other jurisdictions in the YouTube video in an effort to pursue additional charges against Bianco, police said.
