3 Hurt In Friday Crash On 80th Avenue
Tinley Park police responded to a two-vehicle crash during rush hour on Friday.

TINLEY PARK, IL -- Three people were injured in a traffic crash during the peak of rush hour on Friday, police said.
Tinley Park Police Chief Steve Neubauer confirmed on Monday that three people were injured in a crash that involved two cars near the intersection of 80th Avenue and 171st Street around 5 p.m. on Friday.
Neubauer said police issued one driver a ticket for making a left turn in front of a car going straight through.

The crash was the second to occur in Tinley Park that day. The first, which occurred within the jurisdiction of the Illinois State Police, involved one vehicle on Interstate 80 near the Harlem Avenue exit and left the driver deceased.
