According to the charges, Wacker, an alleged heroin dealer, was placed under police surveillance after residents complained about him selling hard drugs in the neighborhood.
Around 4:25 p.m. May 12, police watched Wacker conduct a hand-to-hand transaction with another known heroin user in the 16600 block of Jean Lane, the prosecutor said.

When police stopped Wacker, officers said he appeared nervous and his hands were shaking. Officers searched his vehicle but did not find any illegal contraband.
Wacker was taken into custody. During a strip search at the Tinley Park police station, officers discovered six ziplock bags of heroin “protruding from the crevice of his buttocks,” the prosecutor said.
Police said the total weight of the heroin was 3.3 grams.
According to Illinois Department of Corrections records, Wacker is currently out on parole for a drug conviction in Will County.
The assistant public defender told the judge that Wacker is a graduate of Andrew High School and is employed at Chipotle.
“Maybe that should be in the newspaper,” Judge Felice said, “where these bags people are buying have been.”
Bail was set at $150,000.
