BB Gun-Toting Men Arrested for Shooting Out Car Windows: Police

The men are allegedly responsible for incidents in multiple towns from Feb. 29 to March 7.

Tinley Park police on Wednesday charged three men with criminal damage to property after the trio allegedly used a BB gun to shoot out windows and cause other damage across Tinley Park, Orland Park and Orland Hills from Feb. 29 to March 7.

Police were responding March 7 to a criminal damage to vehicle report in the 8400 block of West 165th Place when they saw a white 2015 Chrysler 200 leaving the area that matched a description released by the Orland Hills Police Department.

The occupants, Matthew Budlove, 19, of Orland Hills, and Corey Hardesty and Troy Dignan, both 18, both of Orland Park, were charged with seven counts of criminal damage to property each after police conducted a traffic stop and found a BB gun and several BBs in the car.
