Classes are cancelled for the rest of the day and no vehicles will be allowed to enter or exit the university’s parking lots until the threat has been cleared. All lots are currently being examined by DPS and Facilities.
The threat comes a day after two made to Northern Illinois University and DePaul University’s O’Hare campus, both of which were determined to be hoaxes. Elsewhere Thursday night, bomb threats were reported at Rogue Community College in Oregon and the University of Maine at Augusta.
