Budget Blinds of Frankfort is looking to fill a part-time vacancy at its office in Tinley Park.

TINLEY PARK, IL - Budget Blinds of Frankfort has submitted the following job opening for its office in Tinley Park.
Part time office admin
Responsibilities:
1. Gatekeeper: answers phone calls and main company emails- routes the messages where they need to go.
2. Scheduling consultations and installations
3. Customer service - communicates with customers about status of their orders, financing, installation, etc.
4. Responsible for the work flow of each order - receives all boxes and checks them in.
5. Go on local sales appointments as needed to sell window coverings - paid hourly with commission schedule

Required education: High School
Work Hours: 3 Days a Week 10-4 Monday-Friday Variable up to 20 hours a week (with possible Saturday appts)

Other Job Duties:
I. Maintain good relationships with customers and vendors.
II. Maintain good relationship with neighboring franchises.
III. Answering the phone.
IV. Other general duties as needed.
