Bugs, Beetles, and Bookworms - The Science Alliance

The Tinley Park Public Library will host Bugs, Beetles, and Bookworms - The Science Alliance Returns on Friday, June 24, 2016 from 10:30-11:30 am. This program is for children entering grades K-8. Introduce your kids to Entomology with this fun insect safari! Kids learn the parts of insects and how bugs' bodies are similar and different than their own. They'll meet live insects and discover the bee dance that bees use to communicate with each other about the location of nectar. Registration begins online May 20 at http://www.tplibrary.org.
