SOUTH HOLLAND, IL – The South Suburban College Men’s Basketball Team is now ranked #1 in the country in the most recent poll from the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division II. This marks the third time the Bulldogs have been the top-ranked team during Coach John Pigatti’s ten seasons at the school.
The South Suburban College Basketball Program is hosting “Kid’s Day” for their home matchups on Saturday, December 12, 2015. The Lady Bulldogs will play Joliet Jr. College at 1:00 p.m. followed by the Bulldogs vs. Joliet Jr. College at 3:00 p.m. All kids ages 16 and under will be admitted free of charge. There will be a few special guests at both games including Santa Claus! While Santa is meeting the kids and handing out goodies, there will also be face painting, balloons, and entertainment provided by BE BE and BO BO the Clowns. The general public is encouraged to come out and enjoy this special Kid’s Day.
