A Journey of Grapes: A Guided Wine Tasting Event
Join us for an unforgettable evening as we uncork a curated selection of exceptional wines. This isn't just a tasting—it's a guided tour through some of the West Coast's most celebrated vineyards.
The Lineup:
- Vireton Pinot Gris: We'll begin in Oregon's Willamette Valley with this elegant and crisp Pinot Gris, a perfect introduction to the night's exploration.
- Seven Hills Sauvignon Blanc: An aromatic explosion of white peach, tangerine and lychee with grapefruit, and grilled pineapple followed by hints of honeysuckle, starfruit, and crushed stone. The palate is medium body with silky texture leads into flavors of white peach, and pear. Medium acid brings a refreshing and lingering citrus finish with a touch of pineapple and minerality leaving you to want another sip.
- Archery Summit Pinot Noir: The journey returns to Oregon for this acclaimed Pinot Noir. Discover the complexity and silky texture that has made Archery Summit a benchmark for this classic grape.
- Pine Ridge Chenin Blanc Viognier: Crisp, bright, and vivacious! The Chenin aromatics bring citrus characters of lime, orange blossom, honey suckle, ginger, and melon. The viognier aromatics tend to be a little heavier on stone fruit of nectarine and peach with hints of floral characters. The mouthfeel is clean, crisp with no oak or malolactic fermentation. The slight residual sugar and acid are in balance to add some mouthfeel but still create a crisp finish.
- Pine Ridge Travelers Cabernet: We move into Napa Valley with this special Cabernet from Pine Ridge. A true representation of the region's bold and powerful style, this wine promises a memorable tasting experience.
- Seghesio Family Angela's Table Zinfandel: With a bouquet of cedar, spice, and sun-ripened blackberries, ours makes a strong first impression. Bold and richly textured on the palate with intensity and purity of fruit reflected in notes of wild blueberries, plum, and black currants. Light dusting of tannins provides structure and a long finish that is buoyed by fresh juicy acidity.
Come and savor the stories in every glass and expand your palate as we explore the unique terroirs that make these wines so extraordinary.
