Children’s Museum in Oak Lawn Announces “$5 After 5” on Fridays

Oak Lawn, IL – The Children’s Museum in Oak Lawn is excited to announce “$5 after 5” on Fridays throughout February! This means that if you come to the museum on Friday evenings after 5:00PM, you pay just $5 per person.
“If you haven’t visited the Museum before, this is a great opportunity to check it out,” said Adam Woodworth, the Museum’s Executive Director. “And, if you have been here before, it’s a nice discount for a Friday evening visit.”
The Museum offers extended seasonal hours during a portion of the school year. They begin the first week of October and end the last week of March. During this time, the museum is open three additional hours, closing at 8:00 p.m. on Fridays.

“Our mission is to positively impact a child’s potential in life through play-based education,” said Woodworth. “A visit to the Children’s Museum in Oak Lawn helps children develop critical thinking skills, social skills, among other skills. Our exhibits and programs strive to give children a unique fun-while-learning experience.”
