The Tinley Park Public Library will host a new program Color Me Mellow on Thursday, April 21, 2016 from 7-8 pm. Think coloring is just for kids? Not anymore! Become a part of the worldwide phenomenon of adults coloring for fun, enjoyment, creativity, mindfulness, and stress relief. According to psychologists, coloring is the best alternative to meditation. Inside the lines? Outside the lines? Maybe you just need to scribble as a way to release stress? That’s okay!
