COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic to be held at CMS
A vaccination clinic for children aged 5-11 years old will be held at Central Middle School on November 13.
District 146 will be hosting a vaccine clinic in partnership with Jewel Osco for children aged 5-11 on Saturday, November 13, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Central Middle School, 18146 S. Oak Park Ave., Tinley Park. A clinic for the second dose will be held on Saturday, December 4.
The vaccination clinic is open to any children aged 5-11 years old regardless of whether they live within District 146 boundaries. The vaccination is entirely voluntary and is not a requirement for students attending School District 146.
