D140 Board of Ed Celebrates Students at January Board Meeting

At the January 22 board meeting, members of the Prairie View sixth/seventh-grade girls' basketball team were recognized for an outstanding season. The team finished with a 13-1 record and were the Southwest Interscholastic Conference (SWIC) tournament champions. Megan Marynowski, Makenzie Neighbors, and Brooke Skendzel received SWIC all-conference honors, and Makenzie Neighbors was the tournament MVP.

Coached by Pat Griffin, the Prairie View Eagles roster includes Ava Albino, Maria Awadalla, Annalisa Aziegbe, Sydney Boberg, Kylee Johnson, Sadie Lopez, Megan Marynowski, Makenzie Neighbors, Marianna Panagiotopoulos, Greyson Raddatz, Leyan Rammaha, and Brooke Skendzel.
