The Del Melton Kids Fishing Derby

If you love to fish regardless of your experience, you’ll have a great time at our Annual Fishing Derby. Prizes will be awarded for the largest fish caught number of fish caught in each of the following age categories: 2-6, 7-10, and 11-13. Bring your own fishing gear and bucket. Bait will be donated by the Fishing Connection in Tinley Park. Children age 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. You may register at the Recreation Center or on site on the day of the event from 8:30-9:00am. Event will be held rain or shine. For more information please call the Park District.
