Former aide Timothy Pawula has his first day in court

Tinley Park, Illinois – We recently reported on Timothy Pawula's arrest on charges of sending sexually explicit photos to a sitting state senator.

Pawula has strong ties to Mayor Michael Glotz's "One Tinley Park" team. Of course, Mayor Glotz has wasted no time in distancing himself from Pawula, who received payment for services from Glotz’s One Tinley Park PAC.

With Pawula’s first day in court, though, there are some serious questions that need to be asked.

Was Mayor Glotz more involved than he's willing to admit?

Did Mayor Glotz have any prior knowledge of Pawula's behavior?

Did he communicate with Pawula, exchanging messages that could be perceived as inappropriate?

Were there any disparaging remarks made by Mayor Glotz, either directly or indirectly, regarding the victim or the situation at hand?

Why of all of the consultants available for hire did Michael Glotz choose to use Pawula’s services?

The fact is all we have gotten is silence from Mayor Glotz. He may have dropped his association with Tim Pawula like a hot potato, but his silence about the matter speaks volumes. In time, we will know the truth. And the clock is running out for him.
