Franciscan Health launches On My Way feature for its My Chart app
Patients can now check wait times and reserve their spot in line while enroute to Franciscan Physician Network Walk-In Clinic in Tinley Park
Franciscan Health has expanded its MyChart app to include an On My Way feature that enables patients to check wait times and hold their spot in line at the Franciscan ExpressCare clinic in Frankfort and the Franciscan Physician Network Walk-In Clinic in Tinley Park.
Saving your place in line is easy. Just open the Franciscan MyChart application on any smart phone or tablet, click the On My Way icon and answer a few simple questions. Patients without the Franciscan MyChart app can still use On My Way via the FranciscanExpressCare.org website.
With On My Way, patients can avoid sitting in the waiting room by selecting a time online and showing up a few minutes before that scheduled time. While On My Way speeds registration and reserves your place in line, walk-in patients with more urgent medical needs take priority.

“Your time is important, and no one likes to wait. We think our patients will appreciate how easy and convenient On My Way is to use,” said Craig Miller, administrative director of Ambulatory Services for Franciscan Health.
The Franciscan ExpressCare Frankfort clinic is located at 20180 S. LaGrange Road – at the corner of LaGrange and LaPorte Road. The Franciscan Physician Network Tinley Park Walk-In Clinic is located at 16650 S. Harlem Avenue – at the corner of Harlem Avenue and 167th Street.

The On My Way feature allows patients to see wait times and easily reserve their spot in line at all Franciscan ExpressCare and Walk-In locations in Indiana and Illinois.
Franciscan Health patients who have not yet set up their MyChart account can do so at no charge at FranciscanMyChart.org. With the MyChart app, patients can:
- Schedule/request an in person or virtual appointment
- View details of past and upcoming appointments
- Request medication refills
- Send a message to your doctor
- View and pay bills
- See test results
- Link your children’s or relative’s medical account to yours for convenient access to their medical records
