Grissom Middle School Girls' Cross-Country Team Wins Conference
Patriots End a Successful Season by Dominating Conference Championship and Open Races
The Grissom Middle School girls' cross-country team delivered an impressive performance at the Southwest Interscholastic Conference (SWIC) Championship on September 30. The Patriots dominated the championship race, with five runners finishing in the top ten, including Camryn Picciola's first-place finish.
Adding to the achievement, the team also swept the girls' open race, securing the top five positions for a perfect team score and another first-place finish by Brooklyn Donlan.
Coach Ryan praised the team's effort, stating, "The girls gave it their all, and the results speak for themselves. Their dedication and teamwork throughout the season truly paid off in these races."
