COUNTRY CLUB HILLS, IL - Bremen High School District 228’s Hillcrest High School, located in Country Club Hills, IL, spent the month of March collecting donations for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

The Key Club is one of many organizations and groups all over the country to partake in shamrocks for the MDA in March. The Hillcrest Key Club asked for the school's support by selling green and gold shamrocks that were displayed on the courtyard window. Green shamrocks were $1 and gold shamrocks were $5.

According to Key Club Sponsor Amy Trench, 100 percent of the proceeds are used toward helping children and adults living with the disease by offering them amazing opportunities along the way.
