Owners of the Hilton Garden Inn near Interstate 80 in Tinley Park have sold the property.
TINLEY PARK, IL -- The Hilton Garden Inn in Tinley Park was recently sold, according to a news release posted on a real estate website.
The 117-room hotel dubbed Hilton Garden Inn Chicago South was sold by Tinley Inn LLC and Tinley Gardens LLC, according to REBusinessOnline.com. The sellers were represented by CBRE Hotels.
The Hilton Garden Inn is located just off Interstate 80 in Tinley Park at 18335 S. LaGrange Road. The hotel includes a meeting space with space for up to 90 people, according to the Hilton website. It's rated 4.0 out of 5 with more than 500 reviews on TripAdvisor, which lists it as the second best hotel in Tinley Park.

The sales price was not disclosed.
The sale comes just months after the Country Inn & Suites nearby was sold.
